1. Place the herbal compress on a hot plate or dampen the base
by spraying fresh water on it. It should be kept on a plate for not more than

2. Use gentle pressure while rolling, dragging & pressing it against on affect areas note: cold
compress for acute injuries: such as swelling & heat compress for chronic
injuries such as sore muscles & joint pain.
